Event Entry

A valid ticket is required for entry to Waverley Ladies Day.

Tickets must be presented upon entry either digitally or in printed form.

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Event Changes

Waverley Ladies Day reserves the right to:

• Change event times
• Change event schedules
• Change entertainment or activities
• Modify seating or venue arrangements where required

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The event operates in accordance with responsible service of alcohol requirements.

Attendees may be refused service or entry if intoxicated, behaving aggressively or acting inappropriately.

Behaviour

Waverley Ladies Day reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for:

• Unsafe behaviour
• Aggressive conduct
• Harassment
• Damage to property
• Failure to follow venue or staff directions

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee prior to the event. The purchaser remains responsible for ensuring ticket details are accurate.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waverley Ladies Day and its organisers are not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Delays
• Event interruptions outside reasonable control

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
